Lord Prior of the Order of St. John, June 23, 2023

The Greater Madawaska Fire Department was honoured with a visit from the Lord Prior of the Order of St. John, Mark Compton, on June 23, 2023. Several Firefighters and members of council attended the Calabogie Fire Station for the visit. Lord Prior presented firefighters with St. John Ambulance Canada Life Saving Award Pins and presented the Life Saving award to the Station. In return and as a gesture of thanks, Lord Prior was presented with a fire helmet signed by members of the Fire Department.
